Cookie Policy

How and why Marketing Pro uses cookies and similar technologies, the categories we rely on, and how you stay in control.

Last updated: September 27, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how MARKETING PRO EUROPE S.R.L., trading as Marketing Pro ("we", "us", "our"), uses cookies and similar tracking technologies when you visit our website. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which describes how we process personal data more broadly.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device when you visit. They allow the site to remember your actions and preferences over time. "Similar technologies" include local storage, pixels, tags, and software development kits (SDKs) that perform comparable functions. Throughout this policy we refer to all of these collectively as "cookies".

Cookies may be set by us directly (first-party cookies) or by third-party providers whose services we use, such as analytics and advertising platforms (third-party cookies). They may persist only for the duration of your visit (session cookies) or remain on your device for a set period (persistent cookies).

Technologies observed on the public site

We checked the public homepage in a fresh browser session before a choice, after rejecting, after accepting, and after withdrawing consent. The following describes what is currently in use, not every technology a provider might use on other sites.

Consent preference (necessary storage)

  • mp_cookie_consent — first-party local storage, not a cookie. Records whether analytics and marketing were allowed, with a version and choice time. Set only after a choice; read on later visits. We ask again after 180 days. You can erase it by clearing site data in your browser.

No cookie or session storage was observed on the public homepage in the tested browser before or after any of the four choices. Signing into the separate admin area may use a session cookie; this public-site inventory does not cover an authenticated admin session.

Google Fonts (always requested)

The page requests the Inter, Space Grotesk, and JetBrains Mono stylesheets from fonts.googleapis.com and font files from fonts.gstatic.com, operated by Google, to display the intended typography. These requests happen before a cookie choice and expose normal request information (such as IP address and browser headers) to Google. No Google Fonts cookie or browser storage was observed in our browser check. Font files may be cached by the browser according to Google's response headers; there is no site-set retention period.

Analytics and advertising (not currently active)

The site has a consent-preference control and a local Google Consent Mode default set to denied. At the time of this check no Google Analytics measurement ID was configured, and no Google Analytics or Ads network requests, cookies, or storage were observed, even after selecting Accept All. The controls record your preference for when measurement is enabled; granting it does not currently start tracking.

  • Analytics choice: permits analytics_storage for Google Analytics if a measurement tag is configured later.
  • Marketing choice: permits ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization, and personalization_storage if advertising tags are configured later. No advertising or retargeting tag is currently configured on this site.

We will update this inventory with the actual providers, cookie names, purposes, and lifetimes, and repeat the network and storage check before enabling those tags. We will not assume lifetimes from a provider's general documentation.

Development preview only

The Replit development preview injects a same-origin development banner script and development tooling. They are not included in the production build. In the tested preview this script made no separate third-party request and set no cookie or browser storage. This observation does not classify the script as an analytics or security service.

How consent works (Google Consent Mode V2)

The page sets Google Consent Mode V2 to denied before any optional tag can load. On a fresh visit, no Google measurement script is loaded before a choice or with a stored rejection. If a measurement ID is configured later, its script loads only after you allow at least one optional category. The preference manager controls these signals:

  • analytics_storage — controls whether analytics cookies and identifiers are used.
  • ad_storage, ad_user_data, and ad_personalization — control whether advertising cookies, the sharing of user data with Google for ads, and ad personalisation are used.

If you decline a category, its signals stay denied. Withdrawing consent updates the signals to denied for subsequent processing; it does not automatically delete cookies already placed by a provider while consent was granted. Once a tag has loaded, it may still send cookieless requests after withdrawal. Clear site data in your browser to remove existing cookies. Network and storage behaviour will be checked again when measurement is actually configured.

How to change or withdraw your consent

Your consent is not permanent — you can change or withdraw it at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before you withdrew it.

  • Use the button below to reopen the cookie preferences manager and adjust each category individually.
  • You can also control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you block or remove existing cookies; refer to your browser's help pages for instructions. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site from working.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the technologies we use or for legal and regulatory reasons. When we make material changes, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, ask you to review your preferences again.
